Thursday’s Recipe Rerun

Well, since it appears that Spring will finally be “springing” here in the “tundra land” (winter has refused to go away) of Minnesota over the weekend……I thought a grilling theme would be perfect for today’s Recipe Rerun.  We love to grill at my house and it’s especially fun when the weather first turns warm.  It’s like an event, we turn on some music, grab a cold beverage and soak up some sunshine while the grill works its magic.

Everything seems to taste great on the grill, but my favorite is probably steak.  This Asian Marinated Flank Steak is one of my favorites.  The marinade is really simple to put together and you can make this ahead of time.  The longer the steak marinades, the more flavorful and tender it becomes!

I also think corn tastes amazing when you grill it and it makes this Grilled Corn and Jalapeno Salsa over-the-top delicious!  It’s perfect with all of your Mexican favorites.

Of course, we can’t forget about chicken, it always tastes amazing when it’s grilled.  This Grilled Curried Chicken is no exception.  A simple marinade helps it to stay nice and juicy and gives it the wonderful flavors of curry….YUM!
