Parmesan Green Bean “Fries”

Parmesan green bean “fries” are absolutely addicting, but since they’re roasted, they’e a guilt-free treat. They make a scrumptious, healthy appetizer at any gathering.
Who knew that something good for you could taste so good….I mean like crazy, amazing good. These parmesan green bean “fries” taste like you’re eating a treat, but, in fact, you’re just getting a good healthy dose of veggies and there is nothing fried about these.
That’s what keeps them in the healthy department, they’re roasted in the oven and coated with a fairly small amount of olive oil and a little parmesan cheese to give these their, knock it out of the park, great flavor.
These make a great go-to appetizer for any party because they’re so easy to make and I guarantee they will disappeared in no time. It takes almost no time to prep them, especially if you buy bagged green beans that have already been washed and trimmed. Then all you need to do is roast them for less than 20 minutes.
Since I know you’re going to want to eat a lot of these, you could easily double or triple the recipe, just make sure that you bake them in a single layer. You also probably won’t have to increase the oil by a full 2 or 3 times, just make sure the beans are well coated.
