Tuna and Cheddar Panini Melt

| |

I have brought the basic tuna sandwich to a new level. I bumped it up a few notches by adding dill pickle relish, capers and cheddar cheese. Then I made it warm and toasty in a panini press.

The result was amazing! It was tangy and salty from the relish and capers and the combination of the melted cheese and mayo was ooey, gooey goodness.

This fabulous sandwich only takes a few minutes to prepare, so next time you’re in the mood for a tuna sandwich, take it to the next level with this tuna and cheddar panini melt!
